DESCRIPTION:
Liam Purcell first arranged a bluegrass cover of “Somebody That I Used To Know” back in high school, but it was missing a strong female vocal. Years later, after befriending AJ Lee on the road, he pulled out his old GarageBand demo and took it into the studio to re-cut it for real. Lee’s voice locked in seamlessly, capturing the spirit of the original hit while giving it a unique, “grassed-up” transformation.
