LONESOME RIVER BAND
“Blues”
DESCRIPTION:
“Blues” offers a lively glimpse into Lonesome River Band’s signature “telegrass”. Since the early ’90s, when Sammy Shelor first brought a Telecaster into their song “Hobo Blues,” the crisp “chicken pickin’” sound has been part of the band’s style. While subtly present in their earlier single “I’m on to You,” it takes center stage in “Blues”, alongside fiddle, mandolin, and Shelor’s banjo.
