    We receive a high volume of requests for our services. This questionnaire helps us identify labels that are a potential fit.

If you do not hear back within 14 business days, we are unable to explore working together at this time. In some cases, if we like the music but are not able to work together directly, we may forward your information to one of our distribution partners.
