Flo is a South Korean music streaming service owned and operated by Dreamus Company. Dreamus Company is an entertainment conglomerate part owned by SK Telecom, one of South Korea’s largest telecoms operators. As of December 2021, Flo is the third largest digital music service in South Korea with over 2.5 million monthly active users and over 2 million paid subscribers.

The Merlin-Flo Agreement licenses the subscription service tiers set out in the full Deal Notice. Customers can access the service via an app downloadable via the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, SK Planet (SKP) and One Store. For clarity, no free to the user service is offered by Flo.
