Careers at Syntax Creative are based at our office in Franklin, Tennessee. Since 1997, our independent music distribution and marketing company has helped record labels distribute, market and license music worldwide. Today, we represent more than 150 labels and manage more than 90,000 songs.

Working at Syntax Creative

Our work includes music distribution, marketing, communications, editorial, creative services, label relations and technology. We are a small team, so every role contributes directly to the work we do for our clients.

Our team works together in person. We value people who communicate directly, solve problems and follow through on their responsibilities.

What We Look For

We look for thoughtful, reliable people who communicate clearly, keep good records and take initiative. Our work requires balancing daily responsibilities with longer-term projects, so strong time management and the ability to adjust priorities are essential.

We value productivity over looking busy. Every team member is expected to take ownership, meet deadlines and collaborate well, both in person and through our internal systems. Familiarity with common office tools and technology is expected.
