BIG COUNTRY BLUEGRASS
“Heading for the Mountains”
DESCRIPTION:
Frontman Tommy Sells was instantly captivated by “Heading for the Mountains” when he heard the Bluegrass Kinsmen perform it in 1989. When selecting material for this album, Sells dug out his old recording and played it for the band. The song proved to be the perfect match for Eddie Gills’ distinctive tenor and makes for a memorable duet when Teresa Sells joins him on the chorus.
