They came home from gruesome inescapable imagery, and melted into blue-collar family life, rarely speaking experiences, often suppressing their emotions. For Bailey, the song has relevance in our current landscape due to the realness of PTSD. It was written by Bailey and 2023 IBMA Songwriter of the Year, Tim Stafford.
