DESCRIPTION:

High Fidelity’s “Red Ball Rocket Train” is a rollicking take on bluegrass legend Mac O’Dell’s classic steam-engine song. Discovered in 2020 when Jeremy (lead/guitar) came across the original 1950 track and set it aside until it came time to record. Suiting their natural style, Corrina (fiddle) notes the tune has an unusual chord progression for its era. Breaking from their typical process, the arrangement came together as a true group effort.
