High Fidelity brings life to “Never Say Goodbye,” a previously unreleased song written by the Louvin Brothers in the 1950s. Originally recorded as a demo to pitch to other artists, the song remained unrecorded commercially for decades. Inspired by their love of the original demo recordings, the band reworked the song’s three verses into two while embracing a classic Jim and Jesse-inspired arrangement and mandolin cross-picking. The result is an authentic tribute to the golden age of bluegrass.
