“Wildflower” is a melody of anticipatory love, one that is just beginning to bloom. Joshua Crozier was starting to have feelings for his first girlfriend, not yet sure of what the relationship would become. He composed the track after a bittersweet farewell over college winter break. This song exudes the yearning and optimism of new romance.

- Joshua Crozier is an indie-folk singer-songwriter from Uptown, Chicago; he grew up at Jesus People USA, which is an intentional Christian community many like to describe as a smalltown within an apartment building. This shaped his passion for creating and participating in community--diverse, messy, and beautiful as it is. Joshua blends the emotional depth of his lyrics with alternative tunings and acoustic finger-picking, harnessing influences from his favorite artists such as Nick Drake, Ben Howard, Noah Kahan and Bon Iver. He loves to create an authentic, fun environment for his audiences using humor in between songs, singing about spirituality, mental health, love, loss, and social justice. With many new and released songs to share, Joshua plans to embark on his first national tour this summer 2024.
