The award-winning Kingdom Heirs are joined by the fast-rising 3 Heath Brothers on “A Good Day Coming On,” the latest song from the storied quartet that’s performed at Dollywood for more than 30 years making them one of the most heard Southern Gospel groups in the world.

Written by Mike Harland and Lee Black, “A Good Day Coming On” is a joyful, up-beat expression of the happiness that can be found in God’s promises to us. The Kingdom Heirs sing the first verse, while the 3 Heath Brothers take the second, coming together on the chorus to sing:

“I feel a good day coming on
I feel like singing a gospel song
‘Bout the power in the blood and the sweet by and by
And that great, glad morning when we meet in the sky
Come join me and sing along
‘Cause it’s a good day coming on”

“We fell in love with this family several years ago and were able to work with them in concert back in 2019,” says the Kingdom Heirs’ Arthur Rice of the 3 Heath Brothers. “We sang together on one song, and we thought how fun it would be to record something with the boys one day. Their enthusiasm and excitement for the gospel is infectious. After the year we’ve all had, we believe this song came along at the right time to encourage us all that through the hope of Jesus, there’s a good day coming on.”
