“Hors D’oeuvres” uses the metaphor of eating smaller portions before the main course is served. As the first track on the EP, it serves as the appetizer for the rest of the upcoming project. Using culinary metaphors and stories from the Bible, Knaladeus and StefanOtto give a taste of what’s to come in their new music.
Knaladeus has made a name for himself in the Orlando underground hip-hop scene. His refreshing story-telling and witty wordplay bring listeners to his world. But his message is a serious one. He wants them to know that there’s more to life than what is seen on the outside. Parry Illest is an upcoming sought after producer in the christian Hip-hop community with a love for his craft and the culture. His style is a blend of gritty East Coast lo-fi with a soulful vibe. Illest stands for “I Live & Learn Everyday & Stay True.”
