This song is about the search for satisfaction in this lifetime. Many counterfeit forms of happiness are fleeting, never satisfy, and lead to despair. There is only one thing that can satisfy a person, and as the song lyrics suggest, “sometimes rock bottom is all it takes.” Falling into a pit can finally “wake up” a person, realizing that they’ve been chasing the wrong thing and causing them to turn to Jesus who finally brings peace, purpose, and meaning.

- At SoulFest 2022 at the Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford, New Hampshire, Mr. Weaverface performed on the Deeper Well stage. He also played with Jeff Senour & Called To Serve as a last-minute fill-in guitarist, learning 8 songs in one day.
- He also shared the main Revival stage with other Christian musicians such as Skillet, Crowder, and Colton Dixon.
