The Talleys look back to nearly 20 years ago, when they first recorded “High and Lifted Up” and the “Hallelujah Chorus.” Handel’s ‘Hallelujah Chorus’ always intrigued Roger Talley because of its complexity and joyous feeling. Then they recorded an album of praise music and combined the two. It turned into a showstopper moment and it still brings audiences to their feet.
