The original studio version of “Searchin’” was recorded/released by The Talleys in ’00. It featured guest vocalist Jason Crabb and was No. 1 on the Singing News charts for 3 consecutive months. An early, popular live visual performance of this song was featured on a Gaither Vocal Band video special. This is the 6th in a series of live-song releases, each followed by an accompanying live video.

The Talleys have enjoyed 11x #1 songs, and have received numerous Singing News Fan Awards and Dove Awards and nominations since their beginnings in 1984. Touring and television appearances have included numerous features on the Gaither Homecoming video series and concert tour, In Touch with Dr. Charles Stanley, John Hagee Ministries, RFD-TV’s The Music City Show, and have toured overseas to Norway, Northern Ireland, Italy and South Africa. After more than 35 years of recording Gospel hits The Talleys announced they would be bringing their performing career to a close at the end of 2020, with Debra and Roger retiring and Lauren Talley continuing her career as a solo artist.
