Tonja Rose wrote “Walking Each Other Home” with John Mathis Jr. and Mark Narmore. Both Mathis and Narmore are award-winning songwriters in the Nashville songwriting industry. They were inspired by the philosophical quote, “we’re just walking each other home.” They wanted to write a song that captured a universal message of kindness to one another as we travel on this short road of life together.
