Kristy Cox New Video For #1 Song “This”

November 26, 2014

Bluegrass artist and Australian native Kristy Cox has gone to #1 in the Australian Country Tracks Chart with her single “This,” from her album for the Moment, on Pisgah Ridge Records. The song spent nine weeks in the top 40 and peaked with a three-week stay at the top position.

The chart started in 1989. It is based on airplay across over 400 stations in Australia. It is published online at countrytrackschart.com.au, in both major Australian country music magazines (Capital News and Country Update) and on other sites.

Kristy is thankful to radio programmers and her fans both in Australia and in the U.S., where she has an ever-growing fan base. “I have had a few songs on this chart and a bunch of Top 10s, but this is the first track to ever go number 1! I am excited and honored to be played on radio in my home country as well as my new one.”

Kristy has relocated to Nashville, TN. She tours and performs throughout Europe, Australia and the U.S. She is planning a new album with her longtime collaborator, award-winning producer, songwriter, and recording artist Jerry Salley, who produced Living For the Moment.
