Label Clients Earn Memorable Week on the Charts

June 15, 2021

Wrapping Week 24 of 2021 (June 6-12), Syntax Creative label clients Mountain Home Music Company, Organic Records, Horizon Records, Sonlite Records (all part of Crossroads Label Group), Pinecastle Records, and Mountain Fever Records reached multiple top spots on several national airplay charts. Highlighted here, these chart positions include five #1’s, six #2’s, and a top-five debut position, among others (links below will take you to STREAM/BUY each title).

Bluegrass Today Weekly Airplay Chart: Six Top-Tens (Sweeping the Top-Three), and Ten out of Twenty in Total

Balsam Range‘s latest, “Santa Barbara” (Mtn. More success on the Bluegrass Today Charts
In anticipation of his forthcoming album Dream Rich, Dirt Poor (Jul. 9, Organic) Aaron Burdett’s “Arlo” lands the #1 spot on Bluegrass Today‘s Grassicana Chart. Travianna Records (Mtn. Fever) artists Summer & Bray are at #4 with “Heartbeat,” and mandolinist Mark Stoffel rounds out the top-five with his ’20 hit, “Shadowbands” (Mtn. Home) from the album Coffee & Cake.

Pinecastle’s Merle Monroe hits #1 on the Gospel Weekly Airplay Chart with “God’s Still in Control,” their debut hit from last week’s album release of Songs of a Simple Life. Mtn. Home newcomer Jaelee Roberts follows at #2 with “Still Waters,” and two-time GRAMMY-winner, Dark Shadow artist Becky Buller w/The Fairfield Four comes in at #6 with “Tell the Truth (Shame the Devil).”

Additionally, Merle Monroe earns the #2 spot on the Bluegrass Today Monthly Airplay Chart with former chart-topper, “I’m Leaving Town Tonight.” Interestingly, Merle Monroe’s Tim Raybon is playing second fiddle to his own brother on the chart this month, as Marty Raybon garnered the #1 position with “Walking the Floor”—however, brother Tim double-dips as the song’s writer. Overall, Syntax label clients receive eight out of the twenty chart positions for June.
