The Kody Norris Show Set to Perform Live on FOX & Friends
DESCRIPTION:
“Power and Glory” traces back to Phil Ochs, who wrote it in the mid-sixties during the American folk revival. The Kody Norris Show rediscovered the song while working on their America250 album Spirit of America. Mary Rachel Nalley-Norris, who sings lead vocals, came to rehearsal with a fresh arrangement, and Kody Norris brought it into bluegrass territory, keeping the message front and center.
