The Perfect Gift is the first full-length Christmas offering from ten-time IBMA award winner Becky Buller, featuring an all-star cast including: The Fairfield Four, Vince Gill, Rhonda Vincent, Sharon White, Tim O’Brien, Sierra Hull, Dan Tyminski, Ricky Skaggs, Ron Block, The Becky Buller Band, and many more. “Romy (our 9-year-old daughter) had a Wham! moment during the 2021 Holidays. I heard this song so many times, I started ‘grassin’ it up in my mind. Hope George approves, God rest his soul,” says Buller. The project was recorded and mixed by Stephen Mougin at Dark Shadow Recording and mastered by David Glasser at Airshow Mastering.
Producer, Stephen Mougin, writes: “Becky is passionate about Christmas. We started talking about this album in 2014, even releasing a few songs over the last several years, but were waiting for the right time and the right songs to fulfill her vision. This project is a cool mix of Christmas Classics and Becky Buller originals, split fairly evenly between sacred and secular. I’m thrilled with the astonishing cast of guests that agreed to perform alongside Becky to bring these songs to life. I hope your listening experience is as joyful and inspired as we were when we made it!”
