DESCRIPTION:

“Some Might Say” is a tune that likely sounds familiar to a lot of music fans. It was originally released by the English rock group Oasis in 1995. However, Burns’ newly recorded version put a unique twist on the track like never before, with a Bluegrass meets Folk meets Americana spin. It was recorded at Neal Cappellino’s Doghouse Studios in Nashville and features musician credits from Dennis Parker (harmony vocals), Billy Contreras (fiddle), Matt Menefee (mandolin), Josh Methany (dobro), Ethan Burkhardt (bass), Scott Vestal (banjo) and Tony Wray (acoustic guitars), plus mixing and engineering by Brandon Bell. Given Burns’ upbringing in Ireland, it was very common to hear the song covered at pubs and bars over the years.
