Connections to childhood memories are some of the strongest, and for GRAMMY-nominated instrumentalist Laura Orshaw, none may not be as strong as her love for Hank Williams’ music—something she cherished from her dad’s basement collection time and again. Originally recorded by New Zealand’s Tattletale Saints, Orshaw says of “Hank,” I identified with the lyrics to “Hank” immediately. These moments of awe, inspiration, and connection are what keeps me playing and singing to this day!
