“Once In A Blue Moon” is a modern love song reminiscent of the lyrics of the 40’s and 50’s. It is no accident that songwriter Bill Mathis channeled this era of lyrical styling. He grew up influenced by his father, Country Johnny Mathis, a prolific, BMI award winning songwriter. The family influence goes even further, as grand-daughter Abby Mathis lends her vocal talent to the recording.

Oceans At Night is a new vocal group created by Nashville Skyline Music. It was formed under the direction of producer and Dove nominated songwriter, John Mathis Jr. The group writes and creates music for sync licensing that is positive, inspiring and therapeutic.
