“White Dove of the Desert” was written by Lang after personally visiting the Tucson, AZ cathedral, a national historic landmark that was established in the year 1700. Captivated by the history and “magic” of the structure, says Lang, “I just knew I hat to write a song about it.” The song features vocalist Kati Penn and GRAMMY-winning instrumentalist Becky Buller on fiddle.
