IBMA is moving its annual World of Bluegrass festivities to Chattanooga, TN, after spending nearly more than a dozen years in Raleigh, NC. GRAMMY-nominated groups Sister Sadie and The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys have joined forces to celebrate that the IBMA’s new home is “Just a Holler Over.” The song captures the spirit of the genre, evoking the feeling of a jam session that characterizes the event.
