THE CHIGGER HILL BOYS & TERRI
“My Path was Paved by the Blood of the Lamb”
RECORD LABEL:Morning Glory Music
“My Path was Paved by the Blood of the Lamb” is about the path to salvation Jesus provided by His death on the cross. “I recall the hook came to my mind suddenly. I was so excited I started running around the house singing Hallelujah,” says Terri Argot Gore. She believes that God provides the means and allows her to do something that she loves. “I pray that I am a faithful steward of the tools He provides.”
Terri’s natural Appalachia vocals led Mike Richards to ask if she’d be interested in forming a gospel bluegrass group. Drawing from various musical influences, The Chigger Hill Boys & Terri have developed a unique sound. The group has garnered many recognitions and awards throughout the years. Chigger Ridge in Burkesville, KY, is a place where Mike’s relatives once lived and from where the group gets its name.
