“Glory to God” is all about an overwhelming feeling of gratitude. It’s the reason we celebrate the Christmas holiday. After a songwriting session with Sam Hart and David Ashley Trent, Tailah was ecstatic by what had flowed out of their time together. “Sam Hart and David Ashley Trent are so talented and have such pure hearts for worship. We sat in the room and worshipped together, and this song just flowed out,” says Tailah.

Writes & Bites is a community of developing songwriters, producers & artists. It is the vision of Tammie Wieland and was formed to feed young creatives, foster relationships in the Christian music community, and create the space for opportunities. Launched in February of 2020 as a single monthly event to just write songs, the community continues to thrive and has evolved to THREE monthly events. Now supported by staff from the Gospel Music Association and other industry professionals from management agencies, record labels, and music publishers, Writes & Bites now attracts major artists, labels, and sync producers seeking something fresh and the opportunity to connect with and support the next generation of potential hit makers.
