VICKIE VAUGHN
“Leavin'”
DESCRIPTION:
Vickie Vaughn — 2x IBMA Bass Player of the Year, founding member of the acclaimed bluegrass group High Fidelity, and member of the GRAMMY-nominated, all-woman Della Mae — is set to release her first recording under her own name in a decade. “Leavin'”, a densely lyrical Bruce Robison song — put Vaughn’s voice and vision front and center. She immediately fell in love with the stream-of-consciousness and emotion in the song, describing her recording experience as cathartic.
