Syntax Creative Clients Take 45 Nominations for the 35th Annual IBMA Awards
DESCRIPTION:
Bryan Sutton rounds out his duet series with From Roots to Branches Vol. 1, highlighted by the focus track “Storms Are on the Ocean,” a rare, unreleased duet with Tony Rice. The track carries deep personal history for Sutton, tracing back to his days right out of high school when he would share coffee with Rice at an Asheville studio and listen to music in his car. Honoring the memory of the late Mickey Gamble, who originally brought them together, the recording beautifully connects Sutton’s roots to his present.
