With lines like, “I was taught you can’t judge a man by his color or clothes,” and “Do unto others as you have them do unto you” may seem old-fashioned but are certainly a breath of fresh air.
About the Gospel focus track, “He’s With Me” | With high praises from the likes of Bill Gaither, Daryl Mosley is more than just a country songwriter, as he has enjoyed extensive cuts from best-selling Christian/Gospel acts over the years. So, it’s no surprise that his new LP, Small Town Dreamer (Pinecastle 11/5), includes its share of gospel-focused songs. One of those, “He’s With Me,” is a touching ballad that reminds the listener that as believers, we’re never alone in any circumstance with the promise of Jesus by our side.
