DESCRIPTION:
“If It Had Not Been” was born from the trials Glenda has faced—mental, emotional, and physical. She survived bullets through her window, a near fall from a moving car while pregnant, and burn wounds for attending a church. She took inspiration from Psalm 41:11, which says, “By this I know that you delight in me: my enemy will not shout in triumph over me”. Glenda is now an evangelist, songwriter, author, and mentor, fulfilling her divine purpose.
KEY SELLING POINTS
- Glenda’s journey began at Saints Memorial COGIC, where her father was a pastor. At just four years old, she sang her first solo, "I Made a Vow to the Lord", to the congregation.
- Her debut opened doors, including an opportunity to sing with Pastor Donnie McClurkin and the New York Restoration Choir.
- With a young daughter at home, she chose not to pursue the life of a musician. Years later, in 2024, that moment came to fruition when she recorded this live album.
