Although now a trio (with the recent departure of Alex Conerly), The Barefoot Movement show no signs of slowing down. In fact, they’re moving right along with new single, “Someday,” a silky-smooth yet somber ballad that is a beautiful reminder of this group’s musicality and magic. Themed around two repelling thoughts—doubt and hope—the band meld these together on this shoe-gaze sound into an inviting acoustic atmosphere with etherial stringwork and valiant vocals.
