THE KINGSMEN
“It Made News In Heaven When I Got Saved”
DESCRIPTION:
Since Alan Kendall joined the Kingsmen seven years ago, he has always sound-checked his microphone to old Squire Parsons. Usually, it is “Lovely Name of Jesus” or “It Made News in Heaven”. Squire inspired Alan to want to be a Kingsmen baritone in the first place. When a singer like Squire sings with such fervor and heart, you can’t help but feel those lyrics.
