DESCRIPTION:

“Flat Foot Charlie” tells the story of a man whose supposed friend, Charlie, stole his girl. Furious and determined, he vows to track Charlie down—across jungles, hills, and every region of the country—promising that if he doesn’t catch him, someone else will. It’s a playful, slightly comical tale of revenge set to a doo-wop groove. In 1960, the Desideros put out their only record on Renee Records. Two members, Marshall Thompson and Creadel “Red” Jones, went on to start a new group called Marshall & the Chi-Lites, later known simply as the Chi-Lites, in 1964.
