After last year’s LP debut, family bluegrass band Lindley Creek checks into 2021 with “That Page Won’t Turn.” This driving, alt-country acoustic number is a sentimental song about a love not yet lost as the narrator (lead vocalist Katie Greer) is realizing the end of a relationship, but can’t quite bring themselves to face it—even if it’s true, “when one door closes, another one opens.” As expected, Lindley Creek brings their strong string-work to the table to match Katie’s flawless vocal solo.
