Jr. Williams is an acoustic music mainstay, showcasing his talents—most notably on banjo, guitar & vocals—with acts such as Tim Shelton & NewFound Road, NewTown, and currently with the Tim Shelton Syndicate. Williams recently signed a solo deal with bluegrass label Mountain Fever Records. This is his debut album. The ninth track from the album, “For No Good Reason” tells the story of someone in thoughtful reflection. They are reliving past choices they’ve made and unmade in their life. But by the end of the song, we see that they still have a wandering spirit. There’s another adventure possibly on the horizon.
