Painting a picture of sorrow, as Bluegrass music does like no other, “Window of a Train” draws the listener into the sadness of letting go. Dalton Harper wrote the song for the Cedar Hill project and Frank Ray, band leader, thought it was the perfect fit. The song features Frank Ray on mandolin and harmony vocal, Patti LaFleur on bass, Pete Brown on fiddle and harmony vocal, DJ Shumate on banjo, and Dalton Harper on lead vocal and guitar.
